Description

Sales & Account Management



  • Create an effective action plan to achieve the annual budget for sales territories

  • Creative in sales proposals to maximize sales potential for sales accounts

  • Sales conversion of competitors’ users to ZEISS equipment

  • Account management through measurable development plan, identifying growth areas to drive greater share of wallet.

  • Build relationship with existing and prospective customers


Clinical Application


  • Provide basic clinical application support on pre & post sales of OPT (Ophthalmology) - CDM(Diagnostics) equipment including ZEISS Digital Solutions.

KOL Management



  • Identify potential KOLs based on product focus.

  • Working with internal stakeholders (Product Consultants, Product Managers, Professional Education Managers) on engagement plans for KOLs


Marketing


  • Plan and coordinate workshop/talk for continuous education for users

Education


  • University degree in Optometry, Business Administration, Marketing or any related field

Experience



  • At least 3 to 7 years’ experience in Sales / Business Development in the Ophthalmology equipment industry or medical device capital equipment

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Excellent selling and negotiation skills

  • Excellent team player

  • High customer and commercial orientation

  • Good command of written and spoken English
