Description
Responsibilities:
Lead omni-channel growth strategy across Southeast Asia by identifying direct and distributor opportunities, with strong eCommerce capabilities to accelerate online sales and increase distributor revenue.
Manage and grow key accounts through joint business planning, structured account strategies, and strong relationship management to achieve top- and bottom-line targets.
Develop and execute product marketing and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with distributors, ensuring successful launches and effective promotional planning.
Strengthen channel capabilities through product training, demonstrations, and strategic engagement to enhance upselling and brand positioning.
Provide data-driven sales analysis (sell-in, sell-out, stock-on-hand, online performance metrics), lead regular business reviews, and recommend corrective actions to continuously improve commercial results.
Own sales forecasting and inventory planning, delivering accurate 12-month rolling forecasts, shipment coordination, and proactive performance tracking.
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Business
At least 8 years of sales track record in consumer electronics / consumer industry
Omnichannel management experience
Ecommerce experience
