Description
We are seeking a talented SEO & SEM Specialist. This is not a generic marketing role; we need a specialist with a strong focus on Off-Page SEO strategies to build our domain authority, coupled with the technical expertise to manage profitable Google Ads campaigns.
You will also utilize your copywriting skills to craft high-converting ad copy and persuasive outreach emails for link-building campaigns. You will be working for a marketing agency managing multiple SEO clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Off-Page SEO & Link Building (Primary Focus)
- Develop and execute a robust off-page SEO strategy to increase Domain Authority (DA) and organic rankings.
- Conduct high-quality link prospecting and vetting to ensure backlink quality.
- Manage outreach campaigns for guest posting, digital PR, and broken link building.
- Analyze competitor backlink profiles to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Monitor and disavow toxic backlinks to maintain site health.
2. Google Ads Management (SEM)
- Manage end-to-end Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and Retargeting).
- Conduct deep keyword research to identify high-intent, cost-effective search terms.
- Manage bidding strategies and budgets to maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
- Continuously A/B test campaign settings, audiences, and landing pages.
3. Copywriting & Content
- Write compelling, high-converting text for Google Ads (headlines and descriptions).
- Craft persuasive, personalized outreach emails for off-page SEO efforts.
- Collaborate on landing page copy to ensure message consistency and improve Quality Score.
4. Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report on key metrics using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Semrush).
- Provide actionable insights based on data to pivot strategies as needed.
Requirements

Experience: 2 years of proven experience in SEO and SEM/PPC management. -
Off-Page Expertise: Strong portfolio or case studies demonstrating successful link-building campaigns and authority growth. -
Google Ads Proficiency: Certified in Google Ads or demonstrable experience managing monthly budgets -
Copywriting Chops: Excellent command of written English with the ability to write persuasive ad copy and professional outreach emails. -
Tool Stack: Proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz, or Majestic) and Google Marketing Platform (GA4, GTM). -
Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable marketing decisions.
