Responsibilities
1. Responsible for TikTok Shop search-related feature module product planning and version iteration management.
2. Responsible for the optimization of TikTok Shop search fundamentals and user experience, ensuring a healthy iterative cycle mechanism in this direction.
3. Understand user needs and pain points in e-commerce search, establish industry-leading product and content forms, and develop reasonable strategies and patterns tailored to search demands to ensure optimal user content consumption experience.
4. Understand the differences between users and suppliers in vertical e-commerce search scenarios, connect industries and merchants, and build vertical e-commerce search solutions to meet user needs in vertical scenarios.
5. Conduct structural analysis and utilization of valuable content, fully leverage its value, coordinate internal content production resources, and improve content supply to meet user content consumption needs.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above by 2026.
2. Strong cross-team collaboration skills, excellent communication skills, and ability to handle pressure.
3. Experience in hi-tech industry as Product Manager.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Majors in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or other related engineering fields preferred.
2. Experience in search product-related work is a plus.
