Section Head (IT/Infrastructure, Manufacturing)

Responsibilities:

• Manage OSS team and manage all global & local IT Infrastructure activities.

• Collaborate with departments and site managers to meet company goals.

• Supervise, train, and develop team members.

• Support budgeting and cost control for IT Infrastructure.

• Ensure systems run efficiently and are well-maintained.

• Align local IT priorities with global strategies.

• Coordinate deployments, system support, and life cycle management.

• Work with business units to set priorities and optimize resources.

• Establish best practices and procedures for the team.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science (MS/BS).

• At least 6 years of IT Infrastructure experience.

• Strong in communication, documentation, and teamwork.

• Solid knowledge of LINUX (SuSE), Windows, and WAN/LAN.

• Basic knowledge of backup, storage, database, and networking technologies.

• Skilled in project and vendor management, with experience in e-commerce projects.
