Role Overview
Nuffield Holdings is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimise paid digital marketing campaigns, with a primary focus on Search Engine Marketing (SEM). The role will drive qualified traffic, patient enquiries, and online conversions across Nuffield’s healthcare brands.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing Google Ads campaigns, with working knowledge of Meta Ads to support remarketing and lead generation efforts. Familiarity with TikTok Ads or LinkedIn Ads is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
SEM Campaign Management (Primary Focus)
Plan, execute, and optimise paid search campaigns across Google Ads and other search platforms.
Conduct keyword research and develop targeted strategies for healthcare services.
Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and performance optimisation.
Paid Social Advertising (Secondary Platform)
Manage Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
Implement audience targeting, remarketing strategies, and campaign optimisation.
Campaign Optimisation & Performance Tracking
Monitor campaign performance and optimise based on key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversion rate.
Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, keywords, and campaign structures.
Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and return on ad spend.
Analytics & Reporting
Track performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and advertising platform dashboards.
Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team and management.
Landing Page & Conversion Optimisation
Collaborate with web and content teams to improve landing page performance and conversion rates.
Compliance
Ensure all digital advertising campaigns comply with healthcare advertising regulations and internal compliance guidelines.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in SEM or performance marketing.
Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
Experience with Meta Ads Manager preferred.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Nice to Have
Experience with TikTok Ads or LinkedIn Ads.
Google Ads certification.
Knowledge of SEO and conversion rate optimisation.
