Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled SEM Specialist to lead our search engine marketing initiatives across Google, Bing, and other ad platforms. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, analytical, and creative—capable of managing campaigns end-to-end to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize SEM campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, YouTube Ads, etc.) across multiple markets.
- Conduct detailed keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop compelling ad copy and creative concepts aligned with brand messaging.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage budgets, bids, and campaign pacing to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with content, design, and analytics teams to ensure integrated digital marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on SEM best practices, industry trends, and algorithm changes.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of proven experience in SEM campaign management.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics (GA4).
- Proficiency in keyword tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Keyword Planner, etc.).
- Solid understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and A/B testing.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Google Ads Certification is a strong plus.
