Job Description
We are seeking a strategic, high-energy, and result-driven Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic team. At The M Makers, the Senior Account Executive isn't just a point of contact; you are a brand custodian and a social media strategist.
You will lead client relationships, overseeing the bridge between high-level digital strategy and flawless execution. We are looking for someone who breathes social trends, understands the nuances of community engagement, and knows how to translate "likes" into "leads." You will manage accounts from high-level onboarding to granular campaign optimization, ensuring our clients stay ahead of the digital curve.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, with a heavy emphasis on social media strategy and content ecosystems.
Able to lead small to mid size integrated social and media accounts
Serve as the primary strategic partner for key accounts, fostering long-term relationships and identifying opportunities for account growth.
Deep-dive into campaign data and social listening tools to provide high-level insights, pivoting strategies in real-time to maximize ROI.
Direct creative and media-buying teams to ensure all digital assets—from short-form video to search ads—align with the client's core KPIs.
Act as the agency’s "pulse" on industry shifts, emerging social platforms, and viral trends to keep our clients' brands relevant and "Maverick" in their space.
Requirements
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in an agency environment, specifically within account management and social media strategy.
Proven track record of managing large-scale social media accounts, including paid social execution and organic growth strategies.
Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills; you should be able to sell a creative vision as effectively as you report on data.
Expert-level ability to interpret Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and social listening tools to drive informed decision-making.
A proactive mentor who can guide junior executives and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
