🚀 What You’ll Be Responsible For

Client Leadership & Growth

  • Own a portfolio of clients with clear retention and revenue growth targets.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor to clients.

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand account value.

  • Lead renewal conversations with performance-backed recommendations.

Strategic Campaign Direction

  • Translate client business goals into actionable digital marketing strategies.

  • Provide data-driven insights and proactive optimisation plans.

  • Present performance reports with clarity, confidence, and commercial focus.

  • Recommend budget allocation improvements based on ROI performance.

Execution & Collaboration

  • Work closely with media, creative, SEO, and analytics teams to ensure seamless delivery.

  • Ensure campaigns are launched on time, optimised consistently, and aligned with KPIs.

  • Proactively manage risks, expectations, and performance gaps.

Performance & Accountability

  • Monitor KPIs closely (CPA, ROAS, CPL, conversion rates).

  • Drive continuous improvement and optimisation across campaigns.

  • Stay ahead of platform updates and digital trends to maintain competitive advantage.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • 2–4 years’ experience in digital marketing, account management, or related field.

  • Strong communication skills with a persuasive, client-focused mindset.

  • Track record of hitting growth and retention targets.

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.

  • Google Ads Certification (a plus).

  • Agency experience preferred.

  • A collaborative spirit with passion for innovation and results.
