Our client is seeking a Senior Account Manager (Integrated Marketing & Social Media) to join their team!
This role is a fantastic opportunity to lead the strategic management and growth of high-value client accounts across integrated marketing channels. You will combine strategic leadership, commercial ownership, and team management to deliver measurable business results while building long-term client partnerships.
What you'll be doing?
Strategic Leadership: Own and manage key strategic accounts, ensuring alignment between client business goals and integrated marketing strategies.
Marketing Strategy: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels, ensuring consistency and impact.
Team Management: Lead cross-functional collaboration and oversee project timelines and quality assurance.
Commercial Management: Manage budgets, cost control, revenue tracking, and profitability for assigned accounts.
International Expertise: Demonstrate strong understanding of international markets and cross-border communication strategies.
Performance Management: Lead performance reviews and continuously optimise marketing approaches to enhance ROI.
Team Development: Mentor and develop junior account managers and executives, fostering a high-performance team culture.
Who are they looking for?
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related disciplines.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in integrated marketing, digital marketing, advertising, or agency environments.
Skills: Strong experience managing multi-channel campaigns and excellent client-facing skills.
Commercial Acumen: Experience in budget management and profitability tracking.
Analytics: Solid understanding of marketing analytics and optimisation methodologies.
