Job Duties

1)      Support administrations of Operations department

2)      In charge of Wine Division

- Responsible for administration

- Preparing marketing material for wine sales

-Manage e-commerce platforms

- Inventory management and monthly check

- Liaise with clients and wine suppliers

Requirements

• Min. GCE ‘O’ Level

• Min. 5 years of experience in administration

• Good communication skills

· Good proficiency in Excel and Words

· Independent and good working attitude

• Ability to multi task and meet deadlines

·  Sales & marketing experience not necessary

• Possess basic wine knowledge will be an advantage

Salary : $3200 - $3500
