Senior AI Engineer & Furniture Solutions Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute furniture repair tasks when required, including wood, leather, and surface restoration; assist in quality inspection, damage assessment, and repair SOP development.


• Independently design marketing creatives including ads, product visuals, website banners, landing pages, and promotional materials.


• Manage the operation and continuous optimisation of company platforms (Shopee, Lazada, website CMS, and social channels).


• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and utilise advanced skills in statistics, scripting, and programming languages.


• Deploy solutions on relevant software platforms and ensure seamless integration into business operations.


• Plan, design, and lead the development of advanced data analytic techniques, methodologies, and AI-powered analytical solutions.


• Identify and build core data and AI science components for project delivery, including specialised database architecture and computing environments.


• Explore, analyse, and visualise complex, multi-source datasets to generate incremental business value.


• Extract, integrate, and prepare data from diverse internal and external sources; develop advanced algorithms and models tailored to business use cases.


• Conduct rigorous testing on data and AI models, interpret statistical findings, and evaluate model performance for scaling and deployment.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Industrial Design, or related technical disciplines.


• Minimum 3 years of hands-on furniture repair experience, including wood, leather, fabric, or surface finishing.


• Strong technical understanding of furniture materials, durability testing, repair tools, and coating systems.


• Proven experience in designing marketing creatives independently, including graphic design, photography, and copywriting.


• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and at least one data analysis or machine learning framework.


• Ability to architect databases and computing environments for AI solutions.


• Solid understanding of furniture industry trends, consumer behaviour, material technologies, market demands, and supply chain ecosystem.


• Experience operating and optimising e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, etc.).


• Ability to independently manage and operate online platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, or equivalent).


• Exceptional analytical capabilities, high attention to detail, and ability to work with minimal supervision.


• Strong communication skills and ability to present findings to management in a structured and professional manner.
