Job Description: 


The (Senior) Associate will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of digital projects and technology-enabled initiatives within the project team. The role focuses on day-to-day project operations, stakeholder coordination, data and documentation management, and process improvement, ensuring digital initiatives are delivered efficiently, in compliance with organisational standards, and aligned with business objectives.



Key Roles and Responsibilities


1. Digital Project & Programme Support



  • Support end-to-end coordination of digital projects, including requirements gathering, task tracking, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Assist Project Managers and product owners in monitoring project progress, risks, dependencies, and action items.

  • Maintain project documentation such as project plans, requirement documents, meeting notes, decision logs, and status reports.

  • Support the organisation of project meetings, taskforce sessions, workshops, and user engagement sessions. 

2. Stakeholder Coordination & Communication



  • Act as a key point of contact between business users, IT teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

  • Coordinate inputs, feedback, and approvals from multiple stakeholders to ensure timely project execution.

  • Prepare presentation materials, progress updates, and briefing notes for management and governance forums.

3. Process Improvement & Digital Enablement



  • Review existing business processes and identify opportunities for digitalisation, automation, or efficiency improvements.

  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), pilot runs, and rollout activities for new digital solutions or systems.

  • Track issues, user feedback, and enhancement requests, and follow up on resolution with relevant teams. 

4. Data, Reporting & Knowledge Management



  • Maintain project dashboards, trackers, and reports to support project governance and management oversight.

  • Analyse basic project or operational data to identify trends, risks, or improvement areas.

  • Ensure proper filing, version control, and archiving of digital project documents in line with records management and compliance requirements. 

5. Vendor & Administrative Support



  • Support coordination with external vendors on deliverables, schedules, documentation, and invoicing matters.

  • Assist with procurement, payment processing, and administrative workflows related to digital projects.

  • Provide general administrative and logistical support to the Digital Project Team as required. 


Job Requirements


Qualifications & Experience



  • Diploma in Information Systems, Business, Digital Transformation, Project Management, or a related discipline.

  • At least 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in project coordination, digital initiatives, or operations support.

  • Experience supporting IT, digital, automation, or data-related projects is an advantage. 

Skills & Competencies



  • Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement and documentation.

  • Basic understanding of digital systems, process automation, or project management concepts.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and collaboration platforms.

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
