What to expect

As the Senior Brand Executive for our cosmetics category, you will take the lead in strategizing and executing all marketing activities for our key brands — Heroine Make, Dolly Wink, 1028 and many more.

You will play a key role in helping the brands gain higher awareness among the consumers, and ensuring that the marketing campaigns are rolled out in a timely manner. At the same time, you will also have the opportunity to better understand the internal workings of the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.

You will be in charge of:

Brand management

· Develop brands’ directions, campaign communications and run integrated marketing campaigns for assigned brands to drive commercial growth across various channels

· Evaluate customer behaviour, market trends, and performance data to formulate strategies that drive portfolio growth and consumer engagement within the cosmetics category

· Support in developing and implementing marketing initiatives by working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaign timelines are met

· Manage brands’ budgets

 

Digital Marketing

· Drive content creation for assigned brands’ websites social media and e-commerce pages, ensuring a smooth consumer journey

· Monthly audit of assigned brands’ websites and e-commerce pages


Trade Marketing

· Develop and conceptualise impactful in-stores displays to drive brand recall and sales

·  Provide support to sales team for any trade marketing needs to enhance brand(s) exposure for offline and online retail channels (Eg Ideation of promotion mechanics, exclusive events for channels’ needs, new products presentation to retailers and etc)

 

Operations

· Provide operational and administrative support for new product launches, promotional campaigns and other brand communication activities

· Manage and coordinate set up and renewal of cosmetics black unit displays during store refits

· Liaising with vendors to ensure timely execution of deliverables

· Support the execution of brand events (in-store roadshows, public relations campaigns and/or consumer pop-up events)

 

Analysis and reports

·  Preparation of monthly sales reports

· Analyse website and social media content performances

 

Others

· Execution of sampling activities and promotion giveaways

· Preparation of copy and design briefs for product labels

· Provide new products training to Sales team

 

 

Who we are looking for

·  Relevant Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications and New Media or related discipline

·  At least 3 years of experience in product management, formulating marketing strategies and executing marketing campaigns

·  At least 3 years of experience in events planning and handling the full spectrum of marketing campaigns

· Experience in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media marketing and display advertising

· Possesses strong analytical skills, good interpersonal, communication and writing skills

· Able to work independently and self-motivated

· Able to work well in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate multi-tasking abilities

· Demonstrate good knowledge of the FMCG landscape, particularly within the cosmetics category
