As an Senior Business Development Manager (Payment Merchant), you will be responsible for the following duties:
Drive end-to-end merchant acquisition, from prospecting to onboarding.
Build and maintain relationships with merchants, PSPs, banks, aggregators, and payment partners.
Identify new business opportunities in POS, QR, online, and alternative payments.
Hit and exceed targets for revenue, transactions, and new merchants.
Work with internal teams (Operations, Risk, Compliance, Product) for seamless onboarding and support.
Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing.
Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and commercial agreements.
Support strategic initiatives like new payment channels and value-added services.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in the payments industry, with strong exposure to merchant acquiring.
Proven track record in B2B sales, merchant acquisition, or strategic partnerships.
