Responsibilities
Drive expansion of Singapore offline retail channels (pharmacies, department stores, electronics stores, supermarkets) with a focus on scaling distribution
Lead negotiations with store buyers and key account managers for improved product placement, shelf space, and promotional slots
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing retail accounts (Watson's, Guardian, COSMOS, Challenger, etc.), ensuring consistent restocking and performance
Develop and execute channel sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets
Mentor and train junior sales staff; support team targets
Analyse sales data, forecast trends, and provide actionable insights to management
Conduct market research on competitors, pricing, and consumer trends
Represent the brand at trade shows, industry events, and client presentations
Own transportation (motorcycle/car preferred)
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of channel sales experience in Singapore, with proven track record in retail distribution
Deep familiarity with Singapore retail channels, key buyers, and decision-makers across major chains
Fluency in English and Mandarin (both written and verbal). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Strong negotiation skills and experience managing high-value accounts
Demonstrated ability to hit sales targets consistently
Independent worker with strategic mindset
