About the Role:
The EngageOne CCM Senior Consultant will lead delivery of customer
communications solutions using the Pitney Bowes EngageOne suite,
enabling organizations to design, automate, and optimize multichannel
communications (print & digital). You will work with business and technical teams to translate requirements into high-quality, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement customer communication solutions using the EngageOne suite (Enrichment, Communicate, Designer, Vault,
Deliver).
• Lead template development for transactional and personalized communications (print, email, SMS, mobile channels).
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs and specifications.
• Customize, configure, and optimize EngageOne modules to align with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with corporate branding, security, and regulatory standards across all communications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers on CCM workflows.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of communication workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, DevOps, Business Analysts) to support deployments.
Required Skills & Experience
• 6+ years of experience in CCM technologies, with deep hands-on expertise in Precisely EngageOne suite.
• Strong background in document composition, print stream technologies, and digital delivery formats.
• Experience with scripting (PCE, Linux shell) and integration via APIs/Web Services.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with SQL, data handling, and database integration.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and present solutions to stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with EngageOne automation & workflow orchestration.
• Prior consulting or enterprise delivery experience.
• Knowledge of regulatory/industry standards (financial, telecom, insurance).
