Description

  • Develop and maintain analytics dashboards and reports.

  • Develop and maintain data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data integrity (ingesting, transforming, and aggregating data).

  • Develop and maintain data applications (both frontend and backend).

  • Develop and maintain GenAI/ML solutions to solve business problems (ingesting, embedding, and serving).

  • Analyze customer behavior, perform predictive analytics, and provide ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions.

  • Monitor key metrics and proactively alert the business to potential issues.

  • Uphold data governance, security, and privacy standards across markets (e.g. access control, PII handling).

  • Document pipelines, models, and applications, and partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 2–3 years' experience in a similar role.

  • Strong SQL, Python, and R/Shiny skills.

  • Experienced with cloud-native platforms (AWS preferred) and modern data architectures.

  • Experience developing data applications and data pipelines (highly preferred).

  • Experience with GenAI technologies, RAG and Graph-RAG architectures, vector databases, and API development.

  • Strong curiosity and a willingness to continuously learn and adopt new technologies, tools, and analytical methods.

  • Able to multitask and prioritize across multiple projects and ad-hoc requests.

  • An effective communicator to both technical and business audiences.

  • Experience in Marketing, E-Commerce, Retail or Operations analytics, GenAI project delivery, AI certifications, and familiarity with BI tools, dashboarding frameworks, analytical databases (e.g. Apache Doris, ClickHouse), containerization and infrastructure-as-code (e.g. Docker, AWS Lambda) will be a plus.
