Description
The Role:
Promote awareness of digital tools and initiatives across the organisation to support a digital-first culture.
Engage employees (especially new joiners or low users) to increase understanding and adoption of available digital solutions.
Act as a go-to contact for staff who need guidance on selecting and using digital tools in their daily work.
Support outreach efforts through emails, briefings, events, and in-person engagement sessions.
Assist in the launch and communication of new digital products, systems, and initiatives.
Guide users through basic functionalities or direct them to the appropriate resources for further support.
Contribute to organisation-wide campaigns, workshops, and engagement programmes to build digital awareness.
Prepare simple communication materials such as guides, FAQs, and outreach content.
Track engagement activities and maintain records of interactions and support provided.
Collect feedback from users to help improve adoption strategies and user experience.
What are we looking for?
Degree in Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
Confident in proactive outreach and comfortable interacting with both individuals and groups.
Well-organised and able to manage multiple engagement activities simultaneously.
Experience in communications, events coordination, or programme support will be advantageous.
Basic design skills (e.g. using Adobe tools) for simple communication materials is a plus.
Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau) is beneficial.
Keen interest in digital tools and willingness to learn and promote their use in a workplace setting.
