Description

We are looking for a Maternity Cover (June to December 2026) to join our team at McDonald’s Singapore. This is a great opportunity to experience working at one of the world’s most loved brands, while gaining exposure across teams and projects.

  • You have at least 1.5 years of CRM experience and are comfortable learning new tools

  • You enjoy working with cross‑functional teams and supporting product launches

  • Organised and detail‑oriented, with the ability to keep projects on track

  • A clear communicator who collaborates well and follows through on priorities

Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Communication

    • Coordinate with agencies to ensure CRM communications go live to our targeted Member Base

    • Ensure that Personalised Deals & Rewards are running as per plan

    • Conduct Member Insights Analysis on a monthly basis

  2. Campaign support for McDonald’s campaigns

    • Ensure 1PD Audiences are flowing to paid media campaigns

    • Maintain hygiene for BAU campaigns


Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has basic SQL knowledge and is able to learn CRM platforms and organisation’s work tools (Microsoft Suite / Google Suite)

  • Is a digital‑forward thinker who is customer‑focused

  • Has exposure and interest in mobile app and tech

  • Is highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple projects while adhering to timelines

  • Possesses strong communication skills to act as a liaison and work effectively with teams

  • Takes initiative to work independently on day‑to‑day priorities and follow up closely with cross‑functional teams

  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and adapts to changing needs

  • Has a minimum of 2 years of relevant CRM experience
