As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will lead and optimise Google Ads and social media campaigns while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes for clients.

π Responsibilities

β’ Plan, execute, and optimise performance-driven campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms to achieve campaign objectives and KPIs
β’ Manage campaign timelines and deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are consistently met
β’ Monitor, analyse, and interpret campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates to identify optimisation opportunities
β’ Develop actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance and ROI
β’ Identify account growth and upselling opportunities within existing client portfolios
β’ Collaborate closely with creative, content, and web development teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns
β’ Stay updated with the latest industry trends, advertising platform updates, and digital marketing best practices
β’ Drive client satisfaction and long-term relationship growth through strong campaign performance and effective communication

Qualifications

β’ Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Business Information, Mass Communication, or related disciplines
β’ Minimum 2β3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or paid media campaign management
β’ Familiarity with Google platforms (SEM & SEO), social media platforms, and content marketing fundamentals
β’ Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and social media management platforms
β’ Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
β’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
