Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute innovative, data-driven social media marketing strategies that drive engagement, conversions, and brand awareness.

  • Foster positive relationships with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and feedback in a timely manner while maintaining a consistent brand voice.

  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns for Onestop Professional and associated entities across multiple platforms, including ad copy, targeting, optimization, and performance tracking.

  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns. Use data to optimize future strategies and tactics for maximum impact.

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies. Implement new features and tactics to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

  • Work closely with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.

  • Ensure brand consistency and manage online reputation through proactive communication and engagement strategies.

  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to help out with other marketing outsourced companies.

  • Develop and oversee the company’s SEO/SEM strategy to drive brand visibility and qualified leads.

  • Manage and optimize SEO/SEM campaigns to increase website traffic and lead generation.

  • Any additional tasks given by the Supervisor.


Requirement

  • Possess a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing, or a related area.

  • Well-versed in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in SEM, SEO, display advertising, social media, email marketing, Google Analytics, and programmatic advertising.

  • Strong understanding of web metrics and digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyse, and interpret data effectively.

  • Proven track record in designing and executing successful marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes, preferably in both B2C and B2B environments.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Confident, proactive, and dynamic, with a commitment to making a positive impact.

  • Demonstrates strong initiative and drive to achieve team objectives.

  • Strong analytical and interpretation skills.

  • Meticulous with a keen eye for detail.

  • Able to multitask effectively and manage multiple projects concurrently.
