Key Responsibilities:
Create and execute innovative, data-driven social media marketing strategies that drive engagement, conversions, and brand awareness.
Foster positive relationships with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and feedback in a timely manner while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
Plan and execute paid social media campaigns for Onestop Professional and associated entities across multiple platforms, including ad copy, targeting, optimization, and performance tracking.
Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns. Use data to optimize future strategies and tactics for maximum impact.
Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies. Implement new features and tactics to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Work closely with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.
Ensure brand consistency and manage online reputation through proactive communication and engagement strategies.
Work closely with the Marketing Manager to help out with other marketing outsourced companies.
Develop and oversee the company’s SEO/SEM strategy to drive brand visibility and qualified leads.
Manage and optimize SEO/SEM campaigns to increase website traffic and lead generation.
Any additional tasks given by the Supervisor.
Requirement
Possess a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing, or a related area.
Well-versed in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in SEM, SEO, display advertising, social media, email marketing, Google Analytics, and programmatic advertising.
Strong understanding of web metrics and digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyse, and interpret data effectively.
Proven track record in designing and executing successful marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes, preferably in both B2C and B2B environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Confident, proactive, and dynamic, with a commitment to making a positive impact.
Demonstrates strong initiative and drive to achieve team objectives.
Strong analytical and interpretation skills.
Meticulous with a keen eye for detail.
Able to multitask effectively and manage multiple projects concurrently.
