Description

We are looking for a results-driven and strategically minded Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead and execute our digital marketing efforts. This is a key role in shaping our online presence, driving lead generation, and supporting overall brand growth.


The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building company websites, implementing SEO/SEM strategies, and managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns.


Responsibilities:


Website Development & Management



  • Lead the planning, development, and performance optimization of the company website to ensure an engaging and user-friendly experience for prospective clients and partners.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage updates and content refreshes.

  • Develop and lead marketing strategy to grow brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support student placement goals across digital and offline channels.


SEO/SEM Strategy



  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads) to drive qualified leads.


Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Advertising



  • Manage targeted social media campaigns.


Campaign Planning & Execution



  • Develop integrated digital marketing campaigns


Analytics & Reporting



  • Track performance metrics using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other marketing tools.

  • Provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.


Content & Communication Support



  • Support the development of student-focused content, including posts & video, email newsletters, and landing pages.

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in education sector.

  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills in both digital and offline marketing.

  • Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO/SEM platforms and WordPress.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.


Language Skills:


Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required in order to communicate effectively with key clients and stakeholders, as well as to create marketing content tailored for Chinese-speaking markets.
