About the Role


We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to support the Academic & Government Acquisition and Customer Engagement Marketing team and Field Marketing team in APAC. This role will focus on leading the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing programs at the field level, ensuring alignment with global campaigns, and enhancing customer engagement initiatives. You will work closely with regional field marketing teams, acquisition, and customer engagement leaders to deliver impactful digital experiences that drive demand, pipeline growth, and customer retention.


Responsibilities




  • Strategic Campaign Planning & Execution:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies at regional and local levels.

    • Design and oversee multi-channel campaigns that align with global priorities, ensuring targeted messaging, audience segmentation, and campaign objectives are effectively addressed.

    • Support the localization and amplification of global campaigns to maximize regional relevance and impact.




  • Campaign Management & Optimization:

    • Implement, monitor, and refine digital marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, SEO, display advertising, email, web, and social media channels.

    • Analyze performance data to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.




  • Team Collaboration & Support:

    • Partner with Field Marketing Directors and Acquisition & Customer Engagement leaders to understand regional needs, providing strategic marketing guidance and tactical support.

    • Mentor and support regional teams in executing digital initiatives.




  • Digital Channel Oversight:

    • Manage and optimize the use of digital platforms (e.g., Demandbase, IPM, Monday.com) to ensure transparency, efficiency, and scalability of campaign activities.

    • Establish best practices for campaign localization, amplification, and reporting.




  • Data & Insights:

    • Contribute to developing and maintaining reporting frameworks to measure campaign success, customer engagement, and pipeline impact.

    • Use insights to inform strategic decisions and continuous improvement.




  • Cross-Functional Campaign Development:
    • Collaborate with acquisition, customer engagement, and field teams to co-design and activate Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns and marketing programs that support the customer lifecycle and retention.



  • Process & Best Practice Development:

    • Establish standardized workflows, guidelines, and best practices for digital marketing across regions.

    • Promote ongoing training and professional development within the team.




  • Project Management & Prioritization:
    • Effectively manage multiple projects, prioritize workload, and leverage cross-functional support to meet campaign deadlines and objectives.



Requirements



  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong B2B focus, preferably within higher education, government, or technology sectors.

  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools (Demandbase, IPM, social chamaileon, media, SEO, marketing automation).

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with regional teams and senior stakeholders.

  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and reporting.

  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.

  • Knowledge of digital advertising compliance standards.

  • Ability to adapt strategies to diverse regional markets and audiences.
