Senior Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital strategy and performance marketing initiatives. This role will drive brand growth, customer acquisition, and revenue performance across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives

Lead performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other paid channels

Implement SEO/SEM strategy, website optimisation, and content marketing

Analyse campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms)

Manage marketing budget allocation and ROI optimisation

Lead and mentor a digital marketing team

Collaborate with sales and product team to drive campaign success

Stay updated on digital trends, AI marketing tools, and emerging technologies

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

Minimum 8–10 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role / 3 years digital marketing agency experience

Proven track record in performance marketing and measurable ROI growth

Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid media, CRM, and marketing automation

Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills

Full suite marketing salary $5000 - $6000
