About the Role

Join a fast-growing digital marketing agency managing performance-driven campaigns for clients across multiple industries. In this role, you will lead and optimise Google Ads and social media campaigns, collaborate with creatives and developers, and drive measurable results that impact client growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven and results-oriented marketer looking to take ownership of campaigns, client relationships, and overall digital strategy.


Your Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimise performance-driven campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms to achieve clients’ marketing objectives and KPIs.

  • Oversee campaign deliverables to ensure quality standards, timelines, and client expectations are consistently met.

  • Monitor, analyse and interpret campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, conversions) and translate insights into actionable optimisation strategies.

  • Identify account growth and upsell opportunities within existing client portfolios and collaborate with manager to expand service adoption.

  • Work closely with creative, content, and web development teams to design and deliver high-performing integrated campaigns.

  • Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends, platform updates, and best practices across paid search and paid social platforms.

  • Take ownership of client satisfaction and long-term retention by delivering consistent campaign performance and measurable results.

Our Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Business Information, Mass Communication or a related field

  • At least 2~3 years of hand-on experience in digital marketing, performance marketing or paid media campaign management

  • Basic knowledge & understanding of Google (SEM & SEO), social media platforms, and content creation

  • Experience using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, or social media management platforms.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
