As the Senior Director, Digital Commerce for ASEAN & South Pacific (ASP) OU, you will transform the eCommerce/dCommerce agenda by setting clear OU strategy and priorities, translating global playbooks into local execution, and driving disciplined delivery across eCommerce, dCommerce, eB2B and Food Service Aggregators—in partnership with markets, bottlers, and key customers.

What You’ll Do for Us
Set Strategic Direction
- Define and drive the OU eCommerce/dCommerce strategy, priorities, targets, and budgets; implement global playbooks across eCommerce, dCommerce, eB2B and Food Service Aggregators.
- Drive bottler and market alignment on strategic direction and commercial plans, capabilities, eRTM, measurement/analytics, and priority customer engagement—in partnership with C&CL and Operations Leadership.
- Establish a clear operating cadence (monthly performance reviews; quarterly business reviews with priority platforms/customers; annual joint business planning).
Digital Impact
- Develop and implement the eCommerce/dCommerce/eB2B strategy, including the digital component of the business plan.
- Support key eGrocery customer management, enabling aligned JBPs and delivery of agreed KPIs.
- Lead foodservice aggregator management (partner where owned/managed by bottlers) to deliver greater-than-fair-share of beverages and target parity or better incidence rates vs offline.
- Jointly define (with Marketing) digital investment targets and drive ROI discipline across 3rd-party platforms and KO-owned platforms.
- Build and embed digital eRTM + commercial/RGM discipline (assortment, availability, pricing/promo guardrails, content and digital shelf excellence).
- Define data standards and KPI definitions for consolidation and results evaluation aligned with global teams; ensure Finance-aligned governance on “one version of truth.”
- In partnership with Platform Services, deliver effective technology deployment, coordination, and maintenance for eCommerce capabilities.
OU E-commerce Strategy Implementation
- Ensure consistency across the OU in delivering the eCommerce vision while adapting execution to local market realities, including evaluating partnerships that unlock incremental revenue.
- Drive platform adoption and solution metrics, tracking value delivery and capability uplift.
- Stay closely connected to the O2O Central Unit to ensure visibility, alignment, and reporting consistency.
Develop/Coach and Challenge the Next Generation of Leaders
- Build a strong two-way feedback culture grounded in trust, transparency, and accountability.
- Develop a pipeline of talent and strengthen commercial acumen/system economics across the team.
- Empower the organization by flattening the structure and enabling leaders at all levels.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum 10+ years of leadership experience in eCommerce/online marketing-related fields.
- Strong general management and commercial leadership profile; proven ability to operate in matrixed, cross-geography environments.
- Proven success translating eCommerce strategy into measurable execution.
- Strong understanding of System financials/economics and cost-to-serve dynamics by channel.
- Strong planning, financial, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading teams and managing complex, multi-market projects.
- Experience working with bottlers and customers; cross-functional/cross-geographical experience preferred.
