Job Title: Senior Director, Technology Delivery (IT)

Location: Singapore (CBD / Changi Business Park / One-North)

Reporting to: Global Delivery Head

Portfolio Size: Typically S$20M – S$100M+ per annum

1. Core Purpose

To serve as the ultimate accountable lead for the successful delivery of all IT initiatives across the organization or a specific business vertical (e.g., Wealth Management, Public Sector, or E-commerce). You ensure that the "Delivery Machine" is scalable, secure, and aligned with Singapore's regulatory frameworks

2. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Portfolio Governance:


• 
  
• Oversee a portfolio of concurrent large-scale programs (e.g., Core Banking transformation, AI-driven customer platforms, or Cloud-native migrations).


• Chair Steering Committees and provide transparent, high-level reporting to the Board or Global Executive Leadership.


• 
  Efficiency Mandates: Implementing AI-augmented development (e.g., GitHub Copilot, automated QA agents) to achieve a year-on-year 15-20% reduction in "Cost-per-Story-Point."


• Operational & Financial Excellence:


• 
  
• Own the P&L for the delivery organization, managing headcount, vendor contracts, and infrastructure costs.


• Drive "Delivery Efficiency" metrics—reducing Time-to-Market and improving Deployment Frequency through advanced DevOps and AI-assisted engineering.


• Stakeholder & Vendor Management:


• 
  
• Act as a "Trusted Advisor" to Business Heads (MDs/SVPs) to translate their vision into executable technical roadmaps.


• Manage strategic partnerships with Tier-1 vendors (AWS, Microsoft, SAP, NCS) and offshore delivery centers.


• Compliance & Risk Leadership:

• Ensure all delivery practices meet Singapore’s Cybersecurity Act and Technology Risk Management (TRM) guidelines.


• Lead the "Recovery and Resilience" strategy for critical digital services.
