Senior E-Commerce Executive (Team Lead)

Sports Fashion Pte Ltd is Singapore's very own homegrown sporting goods specialist. For decades, we have been dedicated to bringing the top sports products to Singapore's shores through our retail brands iRUN, Weston Corp, Limited Edt, and many more.

As our online business continues to grow, we are looking for an E‑Commerce Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage the day‑to‑day operations of the iRun online store and our various online marketplaces. They must possess strong knowledge of online marketplace platforms (Lazada, Qoo10, Shopee, etc.), be proficient in Shopify back‑end operations, and have a solid understanding of sporting goods such as running shoes, soccer boots, and tennis rackets. The role also requires confidence in interacting with customers via email, phone, and in person.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the creation, updating, and maintenance of online product content across Shopify and marketplace platforms


• Ensure all product information is accurate, complete, and optimized for SEO


• Oversee online order processing, fulfilment, and returns across all sales channels


• Respond promptly to customer enquiries to maintain high service standards


• Provide on‑site customer support for in‑person order pickups


• Monitor and maintain stock levels of packaging materials


• Analyse online sales data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for growth


• Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales, traffic, and customer engagement

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma holders preferred


• Proven experience in e‑commerce operations and online marketplace management


• Strong familiarity with Shopify back‑end (product setup, collections, fulfilment workflow, discounts, apps, etc.)


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast‑paced environment


• Strong organisational skills and a collaborative team mindset


• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant digital tools


• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies is a plus
