Key Responsibilities:
E-Commerce Operations
Manage daily e-commerce activities across multiple online platforms
Provide guidance and support to the e-commerce team to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfilment
Collaborate with logistics and internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
Product Listings & Campaigns
Maintain and update product listings, pricing, and content on online marketplaces
Plan and implement promotional campaigns aligned with marketing strategies
Monitor campaign and product performance, recommending improvements to boost visibility and sales
Reporting & Coordination
Analyse sales data and prepare regular performance reports
Work with internal teams on inventory, marketing, and operational planning
Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflow efficiency, and overall performance
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field
At least 3 years’ experience in e-commerce or online retail operations
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and support a team
