We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior E-Commerce Specialist to be a key player in our online sales strategy. You will be responsible for the end-to-end operational excellence of our storefronts, ensuring a seamless customer journey from browsing to delivery. Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Product Management:


  • Manage and optimize product listings across all e-commerce platforms to ensure accuracy in information, pricing, and inventory levels.

  • Work closely with the Order Fulfilment team to streamline order processing and ensure timely deliveries to customers.

  • Reconcile platform transactions and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with the Finance department.


Campaign & Promotion Execution:


  • Develop and execute compelling sales campaigns and promotions to drive traffic, conversion, and average order value.

  • Plan and manage the end-to-end execution of offline marketing initiatives, such as roadshows.


Customer & Corporate Programs:


  • Serve as the primary point for resolving customer inquiries, complaints, returns, and refunds in a timely and brand-positive manner.

  • Own the Corporate Employee Purchase Programme (CEPP), including new account development, onboarding, and database management.


Reporting & Analysis:


  • Track and manage the Marketing Fund, including budget monitoring and documentation.

  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), customer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify trends and growth opportunities.

  • Generate regular reports on sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and operational metrics.


Requirements & Qualifications:


  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations.

  • Proven experience with major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Lazada, Shopee).

  • Strong analytical skills with familiarity in Google Analytics or similar tools.

  • Excellent project and time management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • A problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective liaison with internal teams and external partners.
