Description
We are seeking a forward-thinking Senior E-commerce Specialist to lead the strategic growth of our online business. This role will drive innovation across e-commerce platforms and social commerce channels, including livestreaming formats such as Facebook Live and TikTok Shop. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas, digital expertise, and a strong understanding of consumer behavior in the FMCG and skincare space.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & Growth:
• Develop and implement digital commerce strategies to increase online sales and brand visibility.
• Identify new opportunities across marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and owned channels.
• Lead planning for seasonal campaigns, self developed campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
2. Livestreaming & Social Commerce:
• Design and execute livestreaming campaigns to engage audiences and drive conversions.
• Collaborate with influencers, hosts, and internal teams to produce compelling live content.
• Analyze livestream performance and optimize future executions.
3. Platform Management:
• Oversee product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional mechanics across platforms internally and vs the competition.
• Ensure seamless user experience and alignment with brand standards.
• Work with cross-functional teams to manage inventory, logistics, and customer service integration.
4. Analytics & Reporting:
• Monitor KPIs including traffic, conversion rates, AOV, retention, and ROI.
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Suite, and platform dashboards to guide decisions.
• Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
5. Team Collaboration & Leadership:
• Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and creative teams to ensure cohesive execution.
Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field;
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or social commerce.
• Proven track record in leading digital growth and livestreaming initiatives.
• Strong understanding of FMCG or skincare consumer behavior and digital trends.
• Proficiency in tools like Shopify, Google Analytics, etc
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
