Description
1. Responsible for e-Commerce strategy & commercial
Growth across platforms (primarily Shopee, Lazada, TikTok & brand.com)
· Drive revenue growth, new customers & orders,
higher AOV & conversion rate
· Manage relationships with marketplace category
managers to drive GMV
2. Drive Performance Marketing
· Formulate and optimise platform on-site tools
(GMV Max, product ads, shop ads, affiliates, CPAS etc) for better ROI.
· Support SEO & paid ad strategies (meta,
google, affiliates, etc) by clarifying audience insights.
· Perform audience segmentation across different
brands.
· Work with brand team to perfect on-site content (SIS
& PDP).
3. Study online customer insights
· Identified core customer motivations online to
support product story telling.
· Refine product USPs to improve clarity and
conversion.
· Customer intent, and brand positioning.
· Improve social-to-site conversion.
