An established Singapore-based organization is seeking a Senior Email Marketing Executive to drive full-funnel email marketing and CRM performance across lead acquisition, nurturing, and conversion journeys.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on data, automation, and conversion optimisation — and enjoys building scalable lifecycle marketing systems that directly impact revenue.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and execute full-funnel email strategies, including onboarding flows, remarketing campaigns, reactivation journeys, and alumni engagement.

  • Build, optimise, and maintain CRM automation workflows (segmentation, tagging, lead scoring, and logic mapping).

  • Manage the email marketing calendar in alignment with product launches, promotions, and event campaigns.

  • Write and optimise high-performing email subject lines and copy to improve open rates, CTR, and conversions.

  • Conduct structured A/B testing (creatives, messaging, CTAs, send times) to continuously improve campaign performance.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with growth, design, and sales teams to align messaging and objectives.

  • Monitor key email KPIs (open rate, CTR, CVR, unsubscribe rate, revenue attribution) and provide weekly performance insights.

  • Maintain database hygiene, deliverability standards, and regulatory compliance.

  • Identify list growth and automation opportunities to scale lifecycle marketing efforts.

  • Stay updated on AI-driven marketing tools and automation best practices.

Tools & Platforms

  • CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., ActiveCampaign or similar)

  • Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

  • Project management and communication tools

  • AI tools for content testing and optimisation

  • Integration tools (e.g., Zapier)

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing.

  • Proven track record of improving email engagement metrics and driving revenue impact.

  • Strong understanding of segmentation, automation flows, and customer journey mapping.

  • Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret campaign performance and optimise accordingly.

  • Experience running structured A/B testing to improve results.

  • Strong copywriting skills with ability to tailor messaging for cold leads, nurtures, and reactivation campaigns.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Detail-oriented with strong ownership and execution discipline.
