Job Purpose:
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Executive is responsible to assist the development and implementation of the overall digital marketing strategies to drive omni-channel presence for Guardian Singapore.
Support the Digital Marketing Manager in implementing and executing effective digital marketing strategies that drive online sales, customer engagement, and brand awareness.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Support in executing digital marketing strategy to drive omnichannel presence
Work collaboratively with cross-functional departments and creative/media agencies to deliver digital marketing objectives
Conceptualise and execute digital marketing campaigns from paid search, social media, programmatic display to footfall studies
Manage SEO agency to ensure that search performance is optimised effectively
Ecommerce Support
Work with the e-commerce team to optimize the online shopping experience and maximize conversion rates.
Partner with marketing and Ecom team to deliver regular EDM that drives Ecom traffic and performance
Assist in managing and growing our email marketing program, creating engaging content and delivering effective campaigns to our customer base
Support Marketing execution of tactical and brand execution on Ecom
Manage agencies/vendors for supplier catalogue and dashboards
Trade Marketing Ads
Partner with campaign lead to plan and execute digital media mix
Own end-to-end UTM tagging and tracking implementation, including reviewing tracking setups and ad previews from media agencies to ensure campaign accuracy and smooth execution.
Manage overall digital marketing calendar to ensure all ads are launched in a timely manner
Publish relevant dark ads across paid social platforms, including but not limited to Meta and TikTok, to support campaign objectives.
Analytics & Reporting
Assist in the development and execution of performance marketing strategies that drive website traffic, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Create regular post-campaign reports to analyse ROI and develop key learnings
Manage media agency to ensure that spend and performance have been optimised effectively
Manage agency on full suite of Google solutions – Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Center, Google Search Console, Google My Business
Hands-on experience across paid media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads), with strong knowledge of tracking, attribution, UTMs, and analytics tools (e.g. GA4).
Identify best practices and new tools, technologies and trends to scale business growth
Analyse EDM performance to drive acquisition and retention
Requirement
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid search, social media advertising, and email marketing.
Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform marketing strategy and optimize campaigns.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Passion for the health and beauty industry and a customer-first mindset.
Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Email Marketing platforms.
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
