We are seeking a technically fluent Senior Executive, Marketing Operations & CRM to drive the management, integrity, and optimisation of the company’s CRM ecosystem and marketing data operations. You will ensure the accuracy, consistency, and effective activation of contact and account data across our sales and marketing stack—enabling smarter prospecting, sharper segmentation, and scalable lead generation. This is a hands-on position suited to someone equally comfortable building automation workflows, working with APIs, structuring complex datasets, crafting compelling copy, and supporting campaign execution. We are seeking a technically fluent Senior Executive, Marketing Operations & CRM to drive the management, integrity, and optimisation of the company’s CRM ecosystem and marketing data operations.

You will ensure the accuracy, consistency, and effective activation of contact and account data across our sales and marketing stack—enabling smarter prospecting, sharper segmentation, and scalable lead generation.

This is a hands-on position suited to someone equally comfortable building automation workflows, working with APIs, structuring complex datasets, crafting compelling copy, and supporting campaign execution. It requires a rare blend of analytical rigour, creative instinct, and marketing operations expertise.

A Day in the Life:

CRM Management & Data Governance

  • Manage and maintain the CRM platform, including configuration, data hygiene, deduplication, and lifecycle governance

  • Define and enforce data standards for contact and account records across the organisation

  • Develop and maintain segmentation frameworks to support targeted outreach and campaign activation

  • Monitor CRM health metrics and produce regular reporting on data quality, integrity, and completeness

Data Integration & API Management

  • Design and maintain integrations between the CRM, marketing tools, and third-party data sources (e.g., Apollo.io, LinkedIn, event platforms)

  • Work with REST APIs: interpret documentation, construct requests, manage authentication, and troubleshoot issues

  • Maintain data pipelines across tools such as Google Sheets, Lark Base, Zapier, and n8n

  • Independently resolve sync failures, field mapping issues, and API rate limit constraints

Workflow Automation

  • Build and maintain multi-step automation workflows using tools such as Make.com, Zapier, n8n, or similar iPaaS platforms

  • Automate marketing operations processes including lead routing, data enrichment, and campaign triggers

  • Document workflows and maintain a structured library of reusable automation components

Data Preparation & Analysis

  • Clean and manage large, complex datasets (deduplication, fuzzy matching, standardisation, enrichment)

  • Prepare structured datasets for outreach, events, and campaign execution

  • Build dashboards and reports to track funnel performance, data coverage, and campaign effectiveness

Content Creation & Copywriting

  • Write clear, compelling copy for email campaigns, LinkedIn, website content, and sales collateral

  • Develop CRM-driven content sequences including nurture flows, outreach cadences, and re-engagement campaigns

  • Produce business development materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, and capability statements

  • Adapt tone and messaging for different audiences, industries, and regional markets (B2B, Asia-focused)

  • Edit and proofread content to ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging standards

Marketing Operations Support

  • Support business development and marketing campaigns with data-driven insights and segmented contact lists

  • Conduct prospect research and competitive intelligence using digital tools

  • Collaborate on go-to-market planning across new verticals and geographies

What We Are Looking For:

Essential

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in marketing operations, CRM, or growth/data marketing

  • Hands-on experience with at least one major CRM platform (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Airtable, Lark Base)

  • Working knowledge of REST APIs, including reading documentation and debugging requests (Postman or similar)

  • Strong data manipulation skills (advanced Excel/Google Sheets or Python/SQL)

  • Experience building automation workflows (Make.com, Zapier, n8n, or similar)

  • Proven ability to manage large, unstructured datasets (deduplication, enrichment, standardization)

  • Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to data quality

Preferred

  • Strong written English and B2B copywriting experience

  • Familiarity with enrichment tools (e.g., Apollo.io, Clearbit, ZoomInfo)

  • Experience with collaborative data platforms (e.g., Airtable, Lark/Feishu)

  • Basic scripting ability (Python or JavaScript)

  • Background in B2B sectors such as design, exhibitions, events, or the built environment

  • Understanding of GDPR / PDPA and marketing data privacy best practices
