Sephora SEA’s omni channel business spans over 8 countries (Australia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, and the Philippines) with 100+ stores and boasts some global flagships such as ION and Raffles City in Singapore, F88 in Kuala Lumpur and Pitt Street in Sydney. Sephora SEA is experiencing rapid growth in the region with new store openings and business channels (i.e., Click and collect and marketplace).


The Opportunity


The Regional Media team at Sephora is a dynamic, passionate, and innovative group responsible for shaping and delivering Sephora’s marketing presence and performance. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and we pride ourselves on taking a data-driven approach to decision-making.



We are looking for a Media Specialist to own the design, deployment, optimization and analysis of Performance Marketing campaigns. This role represents an exciting opportunity to develop & own performance marketing strategy for the markets Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities




  • Campaign Management & Optimisation: Manage the day-to-day setup, trafficking, optimisation, and performance of paid media campaigns across key platforms (e.g. search, social, affiliate and emerging channels) to drive revenue and customer acquisition.


  • Channel Performance Execution: Execute performance marketing activities to achieve core KPIs such as ROAS, revenue, and efficiency targets, while identifying gaps and improvement opportunities across channels.


  • Performance Analytics & Insights: Analyse campaign and channel data from multiple sources (e.g. analytics platforms, attribution tools, data warehouses) to understand performance drivers and provide actionable recommendations.


  • Reporting & Monitoring: Support daily and weekly performance tracking, pacing, and reporting, ensuring timely visibility of trends, risks, and optimisation opportunities.


  • Testing & Continuous Improvement: Assist in implementing test-and-learn initiatives across ad formats, targeting, bidding strategies, creatives, and funnel mechanics to improve performance outcomes.


  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with marketing, commercial, and operational stakeholders to support campaign launches, promotional priorities, and business initiatives.


  • Platform & Vendor Collaboration: Liaise with platform and vendor teams to follow best practices, adopt new features, and ensure campaigns are set up effectively.


  • Operational & Planning Support: Contribute to key operational planning initiatives by providing performance inputs, data support, and campaign learnings.


Skills / Qualifications



  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven and hands-on Performance Marketing experience in ecommerce, with a track record of driving revenue & growth.

  • Deep technical knowledge and experience working on platforms like Google and Facebook is a must; other platforms like Affiliates (Impact), TikTok, or martech tools are a plus.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to develop influential and collaborative relationships with various internal and external stakeholders.

  • Proven track record in managing large scale budgets and delivering impactful results.

  • Experience with testing and experimenting with channel-mix, tactics, ad messaging.

  • Comfortable with numbers, analytical minded and possesses excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Strong analytical skills to gather actionable insights and apply learnings, and make strategic recommendations.

  • Have excellent project management, and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in SQL/ BigQuery or Javascript is a plus.
