Description
You will be required to:
- End-to-End Paid Media Ownership
- Develop and execute full-funnel paid media strategies across Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok, and The Trade Desk. Monitor overall and channel-specific real-time data, while implementing proactive optimizations to drive continuous improvement in spend efficiency and measurable business results
- Identify performance trends and propose data-backed recommendations for future campaigns when delivering Post-Campaign Reports (PCRs) to marketing stakeholders. Design performance dashboards that provide a clear narrative on campaign health and actionable insights for continuous improvement where needed
- Driving Data-Driven Insights & A/B Testing: Identify and execute A/B tests for FairPrice Group’s Business Units. These tests are essential for understanding optimal campaign elements, leading to more cost-efficient campaigns and directly contributing to Pillar 3 of our "Work, Build, and Spend Better" initiatives.
- AI for Performance Enhancement: Propose innovation projects by utilizing AI to improve overall performance. This includes identifying opportunities for AI-driven optimization in paid campaign management, audience targeting, and content
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Process Excellence: Act as a strategic partner to marketing teams of various Business Units by aligning paid media strategies with their specific goals. Continuously seek opportunities to innovate day-to-day workflows, ensuring executions are not only streamlined but also scalable across the organization.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
- Deep proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager and Programmatic platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and Google Analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Digital-savvy with knowledge of retail, branding trends, and consumer insights.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Adaptable and comfortable in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude to support various brand initiatives.
- Prior experience or interest in brand management or marketing would be advantageous.
