Marketing
• Work closely with the Assistant Brand Manager to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive takeaway and delivery sales.
• Lead the rollout of tactical promotions across key platforms, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Supply Chain, etc.) to ensure seamless campaign execution across stores and delivery touchpoints.
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners in creative ideation and execution to achieve campaign objectives while ensuring smooth and timely campaign launches.
• Work closely with & Social agency to develop and adapt social media content that supports campaign messaging, product launches, and brand engagement — ensuring alignment with brand tone, visual identity, and overall objectives.
• Drive hyperlocal marketing initiatives to increase visibility and sales for new or underperforming stores, including partnerships with malls, landlords, or community spaces.
• Support campaign performance tracking and provide basic analysis to evaluate effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Stay informed of competitor activities, F&B trends, and customer behaviours to bring in fresh ideas and maintain brand relevance in a competitive market.
Experience and Education
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in F&B, retail, or QSR marketing
Key Skills and Attitude
Solid understanding of campaign planning and promotional mechanics for takeaway and delivery businesses
• Creatively driven with a good eye for design, layout, and engaging visual communication
• Strong interest and awareness of social media trends and how they apply to brand content
