Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end growth and marketing strategy across consumer and enterprise segments

  • Build and scale a high-performance, full-funnel demand generation engine

  • Drive acquisition, conversion, and retention performance across channels

  • Optimise key metrics (CPL, CAC, ROAS, LTV) and overall funnel efficiency

  • Lead multi-channel marketing across paid, organic, CRM, and partnerships

  • Strengthen marketing analytics, reporting, and performance optimisation

  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Tech to align growth initiatives

  • Manage marketing budget allocation with strong ROI focus

Candidate Profile

  • 7–12+ years in growth, performance, or digital marketing roles

  • Strong experience in senior marketing/growth positions

  • Experience in Singapore/regional markets preferred

  • Deep expertise in demand generation and funnel optimisation

  • Strong command of paid media, CRM, SEO, and automation

  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset

  • Proven ability to link marketing activity to revenue outcomes

  • Experience in fast-scaling environments

Preferred Experience

  • Direct experience in EdTech and/or training / education provider environments

  • Exposure to both B2C learner acquisition and B2B enterprise training or SaaS models

  • Familiarity with fast-scaling, performance-driven growth organisations

  • Experience in regional or multi-market (APAC) marketing environments
