About the Role
We are partnering with a reputable company in the consumer products sector seeking an experienced Sales Manager (Key Account – B2C) to join their dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing strategic consumer accounts and driving revenue growth across key retail and e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and expand key B2C accounts such as supermarkets, retail chains, and e-commerce partners.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell, upsell, and increase product penetration.
Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to deliver tailored customer solutions.
Prepare persuasive sales proposals and presentations.
Analyze account performance and negotiate pricing and contract terms.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
or min 3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management or B2C Sales.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Customer-focused with strong business acumen.
Proficiency in English (Mandarin is an advantage to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients).
