Senior Logistics Executive (2 years Contract)

Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end logistics operations for Samsung’s e-commerce business, including Order management, order fulfilment, warehousing, and last-mile delivery.


• Coordinate with 3PL partners to ensure timely dispatch, accurate delivery, and service quality in line with SLAs and KPIs.


• Monitor and analyse logistics KPIs such as delivery lead time, order accuracy, and cost efficiency; identify opportunities for improvement.


• Support system integration projects between Samsung platforms and logistics partners to enhance automation and tracking visibility.


• Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline fulfilment operations and elevate customer satisfaction.


• Assist in capacity planning during new product launches.


•  Main PIC for Sample Management of CE business


• Support quarterly sample stock count


• Process owner for Sample operations

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Sample or inventory management, Logistics operations


• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, with strong presentation skills.


• Excellent communication skills and a team player.


• Persistent and target-driven.


• Knowledge of SAP is mandatory


• A degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
