Key Responsibilities
1. Brand & Market Positioning
- Lead the development and execution of Catapult's brand strategy and positioning
- Establish Catapult as a leading destination for executive learning, leadership development, and corporate engagement
- Develop and drive integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, PR, and partnerships
- Ensure consistency and quality of brand messaging across all marketing and client-facing touchpoints
- Identify opportunities to strengthen Catapult's presence across industry platforms, partnerships, and thought leadership initiatives
2. Demand Generation & Digital Marketing
- Own and drive Catapult's B2B demand generation strategy across key channels (e.g. LinkedIn, EDMs, website, landing pages)
- Oversee the planning and execution of campaigns with agencies and internal teams to support pipeline growth
- Develop targeted messaging for key audiences including HR, L&D leaders, event planners, and senior business stakeholders
- Track and analyse campaign performance, focusing on lead quality, engagement, and conversion outcomes
- Oversee CRM and lead management processes to ensure proper tracking, follow-ups, and reporting
3. Revenue & Conversion Support
- Translate marketing initiatives into qualified leads, pipeline, and confirmed bookings
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to improve lead qualification, conversion rates, and client acquisition outcomes
- Oversee the development of marketing and sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, case studies, and programme summaries
- Support go-to-market strategies for Catapult programmes, showcases, roadshows, and corporate engagement events
- Ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with commercial priorities and revenue targets
4. Systems, Data & Performance Management
- Establish and optimise systems for marketing automation, CRM tracking and pipeline visibility, and performance reporting
- Drive a data-led approach to marketing and decision-making
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness of marketing efforts through technology and innovation
- Explore the use of AI-enabled tools to enhance lead generation, personalisation, and engagement
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in marketing, brand, or commercial roles, with a strong B2B focus
- Proven track record in building and scaling full-funnel marketing and demand generation engines
- Experienced in driving measurable commercial outcomes (pipeline, conversion, revenue)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM systems, and performance analytics
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate ideas into execution and results
- Agile, hands-on, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, build-and-scale environment
Added Advantage (Nice to Have)
- Experience in B2B marketing within learning & development, MICE, hospitality, or real estate, sectors
- Exposure to enterprise marketing strategies
- Experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with AI tools or marketing automation platforms
