Lead the charge in transforming global shopper experiences for the LEGO brand!


Bring your senior omnichannel retail marketing expertise to elevate global shopper experiences. With a strong commercial acumen, help us enhance both e-commerce and in-store strategies to grow love for the LEGO brand, drive sales, and attract new shoppers!


NB: This role is based at our vibrant LEGO Campus in Billund, Denmark, or our LEGO Hub in Singapore.


We offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both, requiring 3 days in the office location and 2 days from home. The skyline for this role is Senior Manager.

Core Responsibilities


Embrace Market Trends: Stay informed about the retail landscape, both within and outside the toy category, to fuel innovative ideas and pilot programs for the LEGO Group, leveraging both e-commerce and offline channels.


Drive e-Com Measurement Framework adoption: Collaborate with BU e-Com teams, internal A&I and Digital Tech teams to:



  • Identify key e-Com marketing effectiveness / measurement needs & identify tools in the market that address the same

  • Partner with key stakeholders to lead / co-create and /or scale data reporting platforms measuring the same


Modernize Processes: Identify transformation opportunities in:



  • Retail Execution Planning

  • Translating annual business plans into by-campaign / by-customer retail execution elements

  • Tools and data platforms that support data-driven decision-making in Shopper Marketing investments.


Craft Compelling Narratives: Develop persuasive 'case for change' stories to engage key stakeholders and secure buy-in for initiatives (coming from above).


Drive Collaborative Transformation: Partner with key global contributors to implement shopper and retail transformation initiatives, equipping business units with essential tools for success.

In this role, you will harness your trade marketing skills to revolutionize how we assess the effectiveness of our shopper marketing initiatives and retail campaigns. By focusing on innovation and measurement, you'll play a crucial role in driving consumer sales, attracting and retaining shoppers, and enabling our teams to implement campaigns with greater efficiency.


Do you have what it takes?




  • Extensive experience: Significant hands-on experience in retail marketing, preferably within fashion, beauty, apparel, or FMCG sectors (client or platform side only). Experience with Retail execution planning & tools for the same would be a significant advantage


  • Digital & E-Commerce Expertise: Demonstrated success in leveraging e-commerce and digital marketing strategies to drive sales and enhance customer engagement, complemented by a robust background in in-store retail marketing environments.


  • Commercially savvy: Skilled in articulating a compelling 'case for change' to secure buy-in from projects from diverse functional teams.


  • Change management leader: Capable of engaging a broad network on key projects, effectively communicating the why and how, driving pilots, and celebrating shared successes.


  • Measurement proficiency: Experience with marketing mix modeling (MMM) or other advanced measurement programs is a significant advantage.


  • Shopper-centric focus: Strong track record of leveraging shopper insights to drive actionable results.


  • Collaborative team player: Excellent interpersonal skills that foster teamwork and collaboration.
