Job Summary


Drive marketing execution and business growth initiatives as a Senior Marketing Executive / Assistant Marketing Manager. Lead user acquisition, brand positioning, partnerships, and growth strategy in a fast-paced startup environment.


Responsibilities


Marketing & Growth



  • Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns to increase user acquisition and product awareness

  • Manage and optimize digital marketing channels including social media, advertising, content, and email to maximize engagement

  • Analyze campaign performance data to improve return on investment and marketing effectiveness


Brand & Product Positioning



  • Develop and contribute to brand strategy and messaging to ensure clear market differentiation

  • Maintain consistent brand voice across all communication channels

  • Collaborate closely with product and technology teams to align marketing with product development


Business Development (BD)



  • Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities with schools, tuition centres, and platforms to expand market reach

  • Conduct outreach and manage relationships with potential and existing partners

  • Prepare compelling proposals and presentations to support business development efforts


Market Insights & Strategy



  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions

  • Identify new growth opportunities based on market trends and data

  • Support leadership in strategic planning and decision-making processes


Required competencies and certifications



  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing or related roles

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and campaign execution

  • Ability to analyze data and solve problems to optimize marketing outcomes

  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships

  • Capacity to work independently and adapt in a startup environment


Preferred competencies and qualifications



  • Experience in education, technology, or startup environments

  • Exposure to business development or partnership management

  • Understanding of user acquisition strategies and performance marketing

  • Interest in AI or digital products
