Job Summary
Drive marketing execution and business growth initiatives as a Senior Marketing Executive / Assistant Marketing Manager. Lead user acquisition, brand positioning, partnerships, and growth strategy in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities
Marketing & Growth
- Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns to increase user acquisition and product awareness
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels including social media, advertising, content, and email to maximize engagement
- Analyze campaign performance data to improve return on investment and marketing effectiveness
Brand & Product Positioning
- Develop and contribute to brand strategy and messaging to ensure clear market differentiation
- Maintain consistent brand voice across all communication channels
- Collaborate closely with product and technology teams to align marketing with product development
Business Development (BD)
- Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities with schools, tuition centres, and platforms to expand market reach
- Conduct outreach and manage relationships with potential and existing partners
- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations to support business development efforts
Market Insights & Strategy
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Identify new growth opportunities based on market trends and data
- Support leadership in strategic planning and decision-making processes
Required competencies and certifications
- 3â5 years of experience in marketing or related roles
- Proven experience in digital marketing and campaign execution
- Ability to analyze data and solve problems to optimize marketing outcomes
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships
- Capacity to work independently and adapt in a startup environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in education, technology, or startup environments
- Exposure to business development or partnership management
- Understanding of user acquisition strategies and performance marketing
- Interest in AI or digital products
