Description
1. Social Media & Content Management
Plan and manage monthly social media content calendar across platforms (FB, IG,TT & XHS)
Work closely with creative/content agencies on content development
Brief, review and approve artwork, reels and short-form videos
Copywrite and proof-read marketing materials
Ensure content aligns with brand campaigns, product launches and retail promotions
Track performance and optimize engagement
2. Public Relations
Work with external agencies on media drops, product seeding, new product launches, Press releases media coverage and Influencer collaborations
Coordinate sample preparation and media kits
Track media coverage and compile monthly reports
3. Product Launch & Event Support
Planning to execution of new product launches and events
Develop marketing materials (POSM, key visuals, digital assets)
Coordinate cross-functionally with sales & trade teams for retail rollout
Manage budget, timelines and deliverables
4. ATL & Digital Marketing
Assist in planning and execution of ATL including OOH, Social Media and Digital Marketing
Coordinate artwork adaptation and media timelines
Monitor budget, timelines, campaign performance and reporting
Requirements
Degree holder with 6–8 years marketing experience, preferably in FMCG
Experience working with creative & Public Relations agencies
Strong project management and execution skills
Good understanding on social and digital performance metrics
