As we strengthen our brand presence locally and expand regionally, we are looking for a dynamic Senior Marketing Executive to drive campaign execution and marketing operations excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Execution
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to drive brand awareness, traffic and sales.
Develop and coordinate promotional campaigns across in-app platforms, in-store, social media, CRM, paid ads and influencer marketing.
Oversee production and distribution of campaign materials to ensure timely and consistent execution.
Systems & Operational Management
Manage and update in-store POS and kiosk systems, including product listings, pricing and visual display updates.
Ensure marketing promotions are accurately reflected across operational systems.
Support process improvements to enhance marketing and operational efficiency.
Analytics & Performance Optimisation
Track, analyse and report campaign performance metrics.
Generate actionable insights and recommend optimisations to improve ROI and business growth.
Monitor customer behaviour and feedback to refine marketing strategies.
Social Media & Customer Engagement
Assist in managing social media platforms and company website updates.
Respond promptly to customer enquiries across digital channels (including weekends when required).
Support content development and community engagement initiatives.
Brand Expansion & Market Intelligence
Support the Marketing Manager in coordinating regional brand expansion initiatives.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities and emerging marketing channels.
Propose innovative ideas to enhance customer engagement and strengthen market positioning.
Events & Administrative Support
Support marketing events, product launches and promotional activations.
Provide general administrative and ad-hoc support to ensure smooth marketing operations.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management or related roles.
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline.
Experience in FMCG, F&B, B2B, franchising or regional expansion is advantageous.
Familiarity with POS systems, website management and process optimisation.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Active social media user with solid understanding of digital advertising and engagement strategies.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator is a bonus.
Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise effectively across teams.
Passion for the beverage industry, particularly bubble tea, and keen interest in marketing trends.
