Job Responsibilities
Marketing Events
Plan, coordinate and execute marketing events, including roadshows, exhibitions, technology showcases and partner events.
Source, prepare and manage event collaterals and promotional materials.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective utilisation of marketing funds.
Coordinate with vendors, partners and internal stakeholders on event logistics and execution.
Campaign Management
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across events, digital platforms and partner channels.
Coordinate the development of marketing materials, communications and promotional activities.
Ensure campaigns are executed effectively and aligned with overall business objectives.
Lead Generation & Performance Tracking
Drive lead generation initiatives to support business development and sales activities.
Monitor and track campaign performance, leads and marketing results.
Prepare reports and provide insights to improve future marketing initiatives.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
At least 2 years of experience in a broad range of marketing functions, preferably within a B2B or technology environment.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing corporate events, roadshows, exhibitions and marketing campaigns.
Strong organizational, coordination and communication skills.
Able to work independently, proactively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfortable liaising with internal stakeholders, external vendors, partners and senior management.
