Job Summary:

Dynamic role supporting strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and offline channels.
• Support strategic marketing planning to strengthen brand positioning and market visibility.
• Manage content creation such as social media posts, marketing collateral, newsletters, and website updates.
• Coordinate marketing events, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, preparing reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business development objectives.
• Manage external vendors, agencies, and marketing partners.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications and materials.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of marketing experience in B2B or consumer sectors.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and analytics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms is an added advantage.
• Experience in campaign analytics and performance reporting is an added advantage.
• Creative mindset with strong content development and storytelling capabilities is an added advantage.
