Description
The Role
Undertake a variety of marketing projects and campaigns to support the Marketing function, with a strong focus on digital and social media. To work closely with other internal functions and external agencies where needed to ensure that initiatives are well-executed and in-line with campaign and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing
Support the wider Marketing Team in executing strategic and tactical campaigns, working with internal & external stakeholders to ensure their success.
Work closely with creative, social media, media, events and Public Relations agencies to design and implement campaigns. While being proficient to assist in creative ideation and copywriting where applicable.
Review and report result of campaigns, advertising, digital assets, sales performance, and customer feedback to relevant stakeholders.
Keep current with trends in marketing strategies and retail/food innovations to identify insights and learnings for future planning.
Play a critical role in developing in-store and online touchpoints to elevate shoppable experience.
Assist, support and organize trade fairs, promotions, events, and roadshows
Manage community engagement events and programs
Support marketing administration work
Undertake any other responsibilities or tasks as assigned to ensure the success of the business
Digital Marketing
Plan, manage and execute digital marketing plan and campaigns to support business objectives and strategy. This includes but not limited to SEM, paid advertising such as programmatic ads, YouTube, social media and content publishers, email marketing, influencers/KOLs and online Public Relations.
Work with social media agency to manage content calendar and community management, ensuring brand consistency and relevancy.
Manage digital owned assets (e.g. Web, EDM, SMS, WhatsApp Business) timely and accurately to drive consumer engagement and purchase.
Strategic Business Partnerships
Work with Marketing Manager to collaborate with strategic partners on tactical marketing initiatives/campaigns according to budget and plan.
Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g. Commercial, Operations, IT) to ensure execution excellence and timely communication.
About You
Diploma/Degree in marketing, business administration or related field
Minimum 3 years of advertising and marketing experience preferred.
Experience in managing digital projects or campaigns, with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM is a plus.
Strong in analytical skills, self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Creative, adaptable, high learning agility and has an eye for detail.
Excellent problem-solving skills, able to work independently and collaboratively with multiple functions.
Outstanding project management skills, able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Good command of both written and spoken in English.
